The motel might be hard to find in the dark as it is behind a bank. We found it in the daylight with a GPS.

If you are looking for modern, clean, comfortable and economical option while staying in Rochester, this is definitely a must. I've stayed in some of the nicest hotels around the country and for what this hotel is (it's not trying to be The Four Seasons), it is perfect.

This hotel is pretty average, but for the price it was exceptional. The cleanliness was excellent even not taking the price into account, which is important to me. Chili is out of the way, so expect to drive into the city.

Solo Traveler
This was absolutely the cleanest room I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at some really nice places. The room was a little on the smallish size, but still quite functional and comfortable. Queen-size bed, desk and nice chair, wardrobe. Heating/cooling worked flawlessly. The entire staff was very friendly, and it seemed to be quite sincere - not from corporate training!
