mold in soap dish, low beds few accessible outlets

It looks great from the lobby but not the rooms. Needs upgrading! and NO EXCUSE for mold in the soap dish or anywhere. MAJOR HEALTH ISSUE. Could be reported to health authorities dysfunctional computer

Not much.
In my first room, the TV did not work and there was a foot of dirty water in my bathtub. Also, the bed did not look like it was made up properly. They moved me to a smaller room that was satisfactory, but there were stains on the blanket.

When I asked if there would be an adjustment to my charge, they said there was nothing they could do about it since it was prepaid. I will not ever go back there.

There was nothing particular special about this hotel, but it was adequate for my needs and clean and comfortable enough.
It did not have accessible elevators.

The breakfast served was adequate but a bit wanting..the tables were not cleared very fast and left a bit dirty..for too the scheme of things at at this level of hotel I would give a 5 out of 10...

The location.
The aircoditioner was very loud.disturbing sleep. There was no variety with breakfast.the same meal every day.

The hotel needs update for guests staying more than 2 days.

This Hotel had a Great Staff, An Early Hot/Cold Buffet and is in a Convenient Location.
As I suggested to them - They don't have enough American/Canadian selections at their Restaurant. Their specialty is Indian Cuisine but that does require a special taste

Great Hotel - Nice Atmosphere - the Location is Convenient- Restaurants Nearby, the Staff are very obliging,the Breakfast Buffet was Great . I would Definetly stay here again
