Reception staff were very friendly and courteous..the employees who were in charge of arranging limo,cab rides were very professional and helpful..
Cost of basic items like drinking water ..
A good location just within viewing distance of La Guardia airport..complimentary airport shuttle were good for customers.

Quiet room! Staff was very nice!
Tear in the sheets that I didn't notice until the next day. View of roof\air conditioning units.
Nice, updated hotel, business center had slow internet access, but the manager was very responsive and took care of everything. Parking readily available and cabs\shuttles ready and waiting.

Location, great staff. Nice view. Comfortable bed.
Space very small. Hear the noise from hallway. Charge so much for parking and everything.
Even though this is a 3 star hotel but definitely not worth the price. The room is small. They charge everything include parking which you can actually park right outside the street for free. Location is good close to all the attraction in Flushing area but I was at the other hotel right across from it and I felt it was worth the money they even offer complimentary breakfast.

no free WI-FI; exorbitant charge to use internet; $22/day parking
Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. We liked facing the airport and watching planes take off and land.
