location is good. you can see the fall directly from your room. you need a falls view room.
walking to the fall is a pain. although it is very close from hotel to fall. there is no direct route. you need take the railway (costs 2.5 one way, or 7.00 one day), or walking big circle to the fall. railway close at 8:30pm, trouble if you stay late.

Close to everything within walking distance. The room was beautiful, cleanand great view from our window to view the falls

First time staying at this hotel and looking forward to booking our next trip. Will stay here again.

They did not have microwave oven anywhere in the hotel we have a kid with us have lot of problem warming the milk and food At least they should have one in the lobby or common area

The view was amazing. No other hotel can offer the same view of the falls.
Didn't like paying for hotel parking but accepted the extra expense for the great experience.

Location,, view, staff attentiveness, they were very friendly and helpful.
Worst hotel room coffee ever, TV remote was not user friendly, no sleep timer and wouldn't jump to previous channel, menu button didn't work.
