Was very conveniently located.
Lots of hall noise came in to the rooms at night. Not in an area where there were a lot of businesses i.e. resturants, shopping.

Staff was wonderful.

Location was wonderful for me. It was right in the middle of all the places I needed to go.
The only drawback about this hotel was the access from the highway system. It is complicated the first few times.

I made the reservation and immediately after I hit accept I realized I was a week off. Within seconds I called Priceline and got the message that the reservation CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED. Now I get an email that I should have contacted Priceline before the reservation date to make a change. AND a silly $5.00 off on the next night's room Which is it? Good hotel for business travelers. Nice bar and numerous meeting place for short meetings in Lobby area.

Very friendly and involved front desk staff.

Not the fanciest place, but a good value for the price we paid and clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and understanding when we had to check out about 1 hour late. No problem at all. Nothing to be disappointed about at all for an overnight stay in a neutral location convenient to Minneapolis' west side and Plymouth.

I thought that the rooms themselves were nice.
The amount of noise

My husband and I went to the hotel for an overnight getaway. We were placed on a floor with a high school hockey team and basketball team. The floor was extremely loud. Several times we went and called the front desk. The manager Dan of the hotel the next morning said he would refund our money. We are waiting for Priceline to refund.

Very quiet and clean. The staff was professional, friendly and elegant. The restaurant was excellent, too. A little pricey, but that is because the motel is a class act.
Breakfast was a little pricey.

The whole experience was lovely. Very restful.
