Amazing location and great staff! Clean modern rooms
Valet service and parking are great but hotel is only a few minutes by train so don't be surprised at parking fee. Also, challenging to decide what great restaurant to eat at!

No shampoo or body wash in the bathroom?!? The bed was made up porory and looked like someone had sat on it or maybe it was used....sketchy Was surprised at how dirty the room was Saw crumbs on floor and sink dirty First time for a Marriott ever??!

Excellent lobby area with lots of chairs / couches for meeting other people. Perfect location especially when taking the water taxi which I highly recommend. Perfect walking distance to great restaurants.

The gym was clean and well-equipped, the pool was very nice, as was the outside deck overlooking the harbor. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Room was nice, comfy bed. Fast efficient elevators, pretty lobby. Starbucks downstairs.

It's a beautiful property.
I can't think of his name but the overnight staff person (male) is not vey professional and borderline discriminatory. I'm praying this is an isolated event but not likely.
