Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Close walk to the North End and about a 15 minute walk to T D Garden where we were attending a concert.
Overall experience was exceptional

The room and location were great! The staff was awesome too!
The front door was broken. The escalator was broken and the vent in the bathroom was broken. The room got very steamy.
