This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. It's older and hasn't been updated. The mattresses were so bad that a "pillow top" was placed on top off the mattresses and the sheets would not stay on. Heard this from others, also. Disappointing.

If you're expecting a nice Marriott, go to another one.

The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. We felt safe in our room, and it definitely didn't feel or sound like it was right next to an airport! The rooms were clean and very nice!
The only thing I noticed in our room was that the shower didn't seem to be in the best condition.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's in an easy-to-get to location, and it's a very safe spot!

Yes, the room smell very fresh. Staff was very professional and helpful,friendly. I loved the room very comfortable. And so sorry couldn't stay longer, but after daughter got to airport after being 8 hours late we drove on back to Columbia.
Detailed directions to get to hospital from terminals.

I would recomend staying at this hotel, price very reasonable particularly for the quality of hotel.

We loved the location. So close to the airport and car rental. Would stay there again just because of that.
The bathroom was small and the floor was very slippery even when dry. Also I noticed that the fitted sheet was not able to fit on the mattress. That was weird. There was hair on the shower wall and on the "clean towels".

Super close to the airport, friendly staff, easy parking
Not super clean, horrible shower and bathroom area anyone 5'7 or taller would have difficulty showering because the ceiling is so low,

Bathroom is horrible overall small and cramped not super clean (had a bunch if dirty spots on walls) the shower ceiling is extremely low so anyone over 5'7 would have trouble showering. My husband is 6ft and was touching the ceiling while showering. The sheets on the bed don't fit the bed properly or were not put on properly could decide which it was maybe both. It wa fine for a one night stay for the airport but any longer and it would be uncomfortable. Wish there was an ice bucket or fridge. Bed wa comfortable besides sheets. Clean enough but was not cleaned thoughtfully, you could tell the job was hurried through and didn't really pay attention to what in the room needed cleaning. The staff was terrific. There was a young woman, (delivered my room service order), who was very accommodating and went out of her way to locate an item I asked about. Every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly.
The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well (hair in the corners and along the edges of the room), which left everything else questionable.

The hotel was 3.5 stars, and was below my experience of average for a Marriott, but that was the highest star value in the airport area. I was surprised to find it was on the dowdy side--ready for a refresher.

The air condition did not work, room never cooled down.

We arrived late to the hotel, staff was friendly and efficient. When we got to the room it was very warm. The air condition was turned down but the room never became cool. When I informed the hotel management at checkout about the problem they acted as if it was really not that big of a deal. Also at check in my credit card was used for incidentals, I checked my online bank statement in the room and found that I was charged for the entire price of the room. They could not take off the charge at that time, but assured me that it would come off my account at checkout. I received a printed bill at checkout and the charge was not present. Finally the pillow top mattress cover on one of the two beds did not fit correctly and kept coming off during the evening. ...read more
