Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Hotel & Golf Club At Champions Circle

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Loved the view of the golf course and city lights in the evening! Daily housekeeping service. Free internet access in the room. Nice lobby, Nice staff, comfy chair to enjoy view. This hotel could easily be a 5 star hotel if it modernized a tad.
Housekeeping came too early in the morning! Could hear them knocking on all the doors on your floor. Needed dusting in corners and vents,No Mini fridge, Outdated bedding, Very drying shampoo, in-room coffee gross, Outdated Cable service,

Room Rates posted in room at---- pn I would never pay that in its current state. Good: Gorgeous Views, The nicest people I have met with timely request satisfaction, Good room service, Nice rodeo black and white print in room, comfortable bed, Away from the city 20 mins, even though Housekeeping came too early for us they did freshen up our room later in the day upon request. Bad:Need slight modernization to make this place a 10.Clean off all the dust in corners and vents, add mini fridge for keeping water, Get rid of the bedding and switch it to something softer and darker color, they need better shampoo it turned my non colored hair to straw in 1 week, The cable service needs a channel guide, Don't need two old dusty phones in the small room everyone uses their cellphones now, shower curtain wasn't sufficient to keep water off the floor, visible water damage on bathroom casing, Ditch the stainless facet it never looks clean, needs tissue box in the room, Coffee was terrible because facet water left horrifying aftertaste. ...read more

Wifi is not free when room is booked through Priceline. One lamp was missing next to bed and lamp on desk would not work. If I has paid the regular rate I would have need very upset. But fit a discount what can you expect.

Internet is $10.oo per say if you book on Priceline. All the ads make one believe it is included so buyer beware. Lighting was terrible, lamp missing, lamp on desk broke and did not work. Ac was not very cool either.

Hotel is close enough to everything. 15 from good shopping, 15 from great eating, 40 from casino in Oklahoma, and 30 minutes from sporting events. All this and outside of town. Perfect.
