Housekeeping gave us a small refrigerator to accommodate snacks such as milk, cookies, wines, etc.
Daily charges for parking, room was not cleaned first day, television selections poor.

We arrived after a cruise and our room was ready at 9 AM! That was fantastic! The staff was so pleasant, and the restaurant food was really good!
Absolutely not!

Can't beat this hotel! Better than stateside Marriotts! Free internet for the first 24 hours even!

No cream/sugar included with coffee maker.

Despite its age the hotel looks great, elevators are fast, staff are friendly, rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean.
They were unable to accommodate our request for two double beds that we put in 2 months before our booking.

Great hotel and location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was not pleased that they were unable to accommodate our request for two double beds. Furthermore, it was incredibly disappointing to two of our friends that arrived around 7 pm that they were not accommodated with a cot bed, since they ran out of cots.

Paying for use of internet after 1st night free. No outdoor lounge near pool.

To add insult to injury the Starbuck in the hotel gave me a password that is 20 letters long. Why? Its a lot easy to get a password to get in to see the Queen!
