The only thing we liked was the locationof the hotel.
Yes. The staff was very rude checking in and when we ordered room service they were rushing us off the phone and our order was wrong and took 1 hour. I would never pay to stay here again.

We were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary as soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and everyone from the front desk to the wait staff knew we were celebrating something special. The rooms we immaculate and well maintained.
