Overall I was pleased with my stay. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean & comfortable. When we checked in they gave us a double bed, but they were able to switch us to two single beds the next morning when a room became available. Location was decent but you do have to walk about 5-10 minutes to get to O'Connell Street where most of the tour buses are and there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. One night we returned late from touring and had to walk to get food because they do not offer food service after 9:30/10 (in the restaurant or room service) so just keep that in mind. The walking didn't bother me, but my friend was frustrated with this at times (such as when we were carrying our luggage to the hotel). The beds in the hotel were comfortable, but the pillows were flat and hard which was a negative for me. **Tip: the Hop-on Hop-off Tour Bus has a stop around the corner from the hotel.** If you don't mind a little walking and want a reasonably priced hotel close to the city center, I would definitely stay here. ...

Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was comfortable, within walking distance of O'Connell, and the staff were as helpful as possible given that our luggage was lost for a couple of days.
