Hotel Guest Reviews of the Majestic Hotel South BeachOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The staff was not welcoming and had a difficult time processing our reservation though priceline. It took them about 22 minutes from when we were being seen until we were given our room keys. Though I had already paid the staff was unable to identify that on my price line email and didn't state what they were looking for until about 10 mins in and only because the wanted to charge mexxx for the room even though I told them that I had already paid and the email showed that. No apologies for the long wait, no friendly converstions about what brings us to Miami, and to make matters worst my friend just received a 65 dollar charge on his credit card in addition to the the hotel charge they already had through my card via price line. We are still trying to resolve the double charge. I'm sure its more of a majestic problem than a price line but who you work with affects how your company is viewed. :( ...

Will not stay there again, there are other 2 star hotels in Miami beach that compared to this one they'll be like a five star hotel. Sheets were dirty, we had to change rooms, resort fees $12.50 a reap off, the pool is like 7 blocks away and the beach towels they give you included in the resort fees, I wouldn't dry my dog with them. They need new maid, new new towels. I've stayed in almost every hotel in ocean drive, and on this one I took my time to write the review my first one I think. People must know that this is not a hotel you can stay. ...

the guy at the front desk is so rude and took advantage of us. He tried to charge us $50 Per person, per night for anyone that came to visit us while we were there plus tax and resort fees it came out to about $120 for each person. They didnt even stay with us!! Just for coming in the front door. When we refused he told us he would pull a security video and count each person that walked in and out of the room. NOT WORTH IT! That guy is a serious joke and terrible for business. I would never stay there again even if it was the last place on earth. I would rather sleep with the bums on the beach. ...

The location is perfect! Everything was great-food nearby, view, staff, and valet services. The only thing was the bathroom was kind of small but it still worked for me (I'm 5'4, 140lbs).

Good location. Discounted price reasonable but I don't think I'd pay full room rate.

I had to check-out due to mold in my room and stay elsewhere in South Beach for two nights.
