The selection of different restaurants, the beach area, and the jacuzzi in each room. The staff was helpful and accommodating
The night club played a lot of the same songs every night . There were no washcloths

The food selection at the buffet was amazing and they had a wide selection on their drink menu. The nightly entertainment shows were terrific

Everything we needed was at the resort. Staff extremely helpful, and wanting to help you.
Slightly watered down liquor, stick to the Presidente beer or tip and ask for stronger alcohol content.

Would def book with family again.

the beach was great
horrible service, everywhere! food was the worst. the house wines tasted like grape juice. the drinks were rather weak the only thing you could rely on was the presidente.

It had everything you needed did not need to leave resort.
Food was mediocre at best.

Leaving!! The grounds of the hotel are nice but the rooms are dirty, smell dank and musty and sewer gases permeate the environment.
The rooms are dirty, smell dank and musty and sewer gases permeate the environment! The hotel pipes in the smell of cinnamon in an attempt to mascarade the foul stench. The guest services staff are not helpful and rude when formalizing a complaint.

I would not recommend this hotel as it distinguishes priority amongst guest status. The food is undesirable and most often reservations for specialty restaurants are not accommodated. Several restaurants were closed without any notification to guests due to an Independence Day holiday being observed and a specialty party being hosted. The beds are horrible, cigarette burn wholes in the blankets and pillows that do not qualify to be called a pillow as they were as thin as a Kleenex tissue. The resort staff were amazing! I am glad that I can brag about the Entertainment staff. Amazing job! Bravo! They worked diligently to ensure that all were having the time of their life. The resort housekeeping staff was fabulous as well.
There are two different spas. The first one that I went to was the Colonial Spa. Fabulous service, however trying to stay relaxed poolside of the spa was hard because it was attached to the main pool. Kids were screaming and playing with balls,very loud.

Best room and best resort I have been to in the last 12 years !! Will be going back and bringing more family next time. Friendliest staff ! A la carte restaurants were so good ! Loved the Bali beds on the beach ! The Elegance Club perks are worth it !

Rooms were fabulous! Pools were great, staff was very attentive, food and drinks were plentiful, having a business center was very helpful.
Getting towels was a little bit of a challenge.

Elegance Club was worth the money! It is a large resort so it took a little time to find out the best places to eat and drink. The resort had everything we were looking for. Loved that the Entertainment people had something going on all the time!
