Hotel Guest Reviews of the Magnolia Hotel Houston

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Pretty easy to get to. Offer convenient and free transport to areas close by. Free nightly cookies and milk adds a homey touch. The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean.
Valet shuttle service driver was not careful and listened to horribly offensive music on the drive to and from nearby locations.

Nice big bath tubs perfect for romantic evenings. Room service is expensive as expected but quite delicious. No pay per view movies available for king rooms that don't have the fridge and microwave in them. Walls are pretty thin, especially in the bathrooms. Super soft bed and pillows.

My experience in this hotel was horrible. The room was dirty, and I did not receive welcoming from the staff.

Rooms and Staff were excellant. The shuttle / valet service was wonderful!
Breakfast service was adequate but the dinner was not. Our poor waitress did her best with the cold and ordinary food she had to present. Probably shouldnt offer it if the hotel can not deliver up to their other services.
