Located right next to Gongduck Station, hence easily accessible from incheon and kimpo airports, gwanghwamun, and numerous other major spots in Seoul. Connected to an underground arcade with cafes and restaurants.
There was a long line at the lobby on the day I arrived, but there were no sofas or in fact any waiting area. My room was very small. No room service. somewhat overpriced

FYI the hotel is within the same building as Lotte Castle, a residential apartment. I was confused about this a little when I first arrived. Residents have seperate entrance and you will hardly ever run into them. Basement arcade has Paris baguette, Angel-in-us, Lotte supermarket, etc. The pool was decent albeit a little crowded (I visited during the first week of August) Rooms are just standard business hotel quality. Although the location is extremely convenient you will find no decent restaurant to dine in within walking distance. The hotel does have one buffet restaurant, but it doesn't offer any room service. more

Location: public transportation and attractions.
failed communication between house keeper and front desk. breakfast.

This hotel is pretty good for business because it is close to the public transportation and has small facilities such as coin laundry, fitness includes swimming pool, and business center located on 2nd floor. breakfast.. If you didn't include breakfast, it will be just wasting your money for sure. it only costs 20 bucks, but you will be disappointed. I usually don't say this but.. "nothing to eat in here!" anyways, basement floor has pretty awesome mart. it opens at 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. I loved to stay here though.. I don't know where ice-machine located, but vending machine is available. I prefer to go to small market instead .. [expensive..] I had stayed here since last Thursday, and I had good time :) more

First time, I moved to this hotel because I friend recommended. Outside was beautiful and connected to market and apartment. Bed was super comfortable, it is worth everything for me. Secondly, this hotel's location is perfect. Down level is connecting to subway!! yea!!! What could I say? this hotel is just perfect !

Clean, and modern facilities.
Far from Gangnam.

Clean, modern and well-designed facilities akin and great value for the price, especially in Seoul. Front desk staff speak English, Japanese and Korean for your convenience. Grocery and restaurants downstairs along with Subway stop as well. Can't complain.
