I had specifically bid for a 5* location but was very let down with what I got.I would say it was only 3.5* I would like to be compensated

Location.
Room service. Concierge. Reception. House Keeping. Room maids.
Not as described. Had to pay extra 30 pounds a night to get the Big Ben view which was advertised. Also reception tells you when checking in that although your booking paperwork says a Deluxe Room, Deluxe in this hotel means standard, and that is exactly what you get.
