Hotel Guest Reviews of the Loews Philadelphia Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Loews staff - from the valet, bellman, concierge, operator, front desk, doorman, to the manager 'simply checking in' was great. Room had great view of city and was spacious. Perhaps the best experience I've had in a hotel in years (I travel weekly).

Very clean and modern look. Staff so helpful. Room bigger than what I was expecting. Very well located to visit Philly. In the middle of everything.
The only thing missing was a whirlpool at the pool.

The location to the convention center and to the Liberty Bell. The staff was great and very helpful! The room is gorgeous and very roomy.
The room doors are very heavy and when rude people just walk out their room and let the door slam, it is VERY LOUD! Unfortunately there were many groups there that weekend and they stayed out very late, going in and out of their rooms slamming the doors!

Cleanliness, quiet, very helpful staff, spectacular view of city's skyline from 32nd floor room. Excellent center city location in walking distance to many of Philadelphia's best attractions and public transportation

Appreciated having the Reading Terminal Market, with its many reasonably priced casual eateries just a block and a half away. Hotel stored my three bags in a locked room after I checked out, leaving me free to explore the city all afternoon.

Location was wonderful. Easy walking distance to the historic landmarks, market, Macy's and City Hall. Super short to City Hall and Macy's. Hard Rock Cafe was right across the street.

Everything was great. The desk clerk even upgraded our room for free to an upper floor with a great view....without us asking. Even though I did not use, the lobby bar area was very nice with lots of comfortable seating plus table work areas. During the NFL games, a wall full of screens showed the games.
