Hotel Guest Reviews of the Cliffbreakers Riverside Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff at the front desk, both the evening I arrived and the morning of departure.
The bed was terrible.

The hotel was a funky and dated. The room was clean and the breakfast was great the next morning.
The hallway had an odd odor. The rooms did not.

The room had beautiful furniture, a king size canopy bed, and a message chair. Also had a view of the river. The complimentary breakfast was great: biscuits and gravy, eggs, has Browns, and waffles. Not to mention all the usual cold offerings.

Old world feel
Terrible customer service was given a room that hadn't been made up.

Nice old hotel with some old time character. Breakfast was great!
There was a lot of soccer teams there and they literally played music and partied until 5:30 AM. I got no sleep.

Good location. Nice room.
Slightly dated furniture. Kitchen Staff had a hard time keeping up on the Sunday morning breakfast buffet, but the food was good.

The beds were comfy. The breakfast was really good. The staff was excellent. It was easy to find. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very nice. The was a prom that day and we didnt even hear it from our room. We would stay again.
There was a leak in the ceiling in the hallway. There was tearing wallpaper in our room. When we turned on the fan it started to smell like it was burning.
