The staff service was exemplary. All you had to do is say you wanted something and poof it appeared.he bathroom was awesome, very comfortable space. A giant, deep tub for my girlfriend and a wonderful large shower for me.
Story of my life, I can't have anything nice and when I do it comes with a catch.Last thing you want to hear when you check in, "Did anyone make you aware of the remodeling going on?"Oh well, good excuse to leave the room during the day.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. There was always help when needed. Also, the free hotel transportation service worked great when we needed to get to lunch quickly.

residential location means that a car is necessary to get to everywhere

The service is impeccable ! Makes staying there a Telly nice experience.
The rooms need updating. The furniture seemed old and the tile in the bathroom had been repaired but not well

The service and friendliness of the staff made the "tired" rooms acceptable.

The room was likely the worst location in the hotel, 2nd floor, no view, above parking garage, should have upgraded us complimentary

Boutique style hotel, all about service, service, service. Truly a 5 star, great bathroom products, clean and , a great experience gleaming. Staff and valets address you by name. Very personal service, . Highly recommend
