Hotel Guest Reviews of the Le Westin Montreal

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful especially the Valet attended.
The car entrance to the hotel was very small and narrow.

Over all I'd give the hotel 2 thumbs up 4.5 stars. Friendly staff cleanness of rooms hallways and lobby. Bar drinks seam kind of watered down.

Central location, modern, clean
It took the Valet 25 minutes to raise my car in the morning, For $35 a night, plus tip, I expect better.

Better than most in the area. Freeway close. Good value for the hotel room dollar.

Location
Room was a bit run down, view of cement wall.

Great location, hallways need some work, and restaurant was not inviting (typically we have breakfast at hotel but didn't any of our mornings).

The beds are great! The location is wonderful for exploring Old Montreal.
You need to take an escalator to the second floor before you can get an elevator to your floor. If you have heavy bags or the bell hops are busy, it can make it awkward.

Rooms are lovely, clean, with wonderful beds. There was an ironing board and iron in the closet which was convenient. Starbuck's coffee in room. Parking is $30 a day but with it since street parking is somewhat difficult. Location is great for exploring Old Montreal.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great valet service too, although maybe it just wasn't busy each time we called for the car. But it did seem like everything was very easy, quick and efficient. Though busy, the check-in was nice & quick.

The location is excellent. The staff are superb. The room was amazing.
The hotel restaurant is extremely expensive. I would advise not eating there. There are plenty of other places to go. For breakfast - try the new Eggspectation on rue Notre Dame. There was also no sauna in the gym.

This hotel is epitome of what I love about Westin hotels. We drove and it was very easy to get to. Once there, the valet took over the car and we walked into this immaculate hotel that has this wonderful scent throughout the common areas. It also has one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen, with a pool. The room in St Jacques Tower was amazing and extremely quiet - it was a like a suite. The hotel location could not be better - right near Chinatown and the old Montreal area that has spectacular architecture with many restaurants and shops. We plan to return to Montreal in the summer and hope to stay here again. ...read more

Spacious clean rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, excellent fitness facilities
Having to use valet parking (for $29 per day)

This is a centrally located hotel with large comfortable rooms, as well as friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the fitness and pool facilities as well as the breakfast buffet.

We had to switch rooms twice and weren't really compensated for that.

Overall, awesome hotel!

Excellent location.
I specifically booked and paid more for this hotel because of the pool, which turned out to be miniscule. The website should include dimensions because they add very deceptive pictures to make pools look much bigger than they really are.
