Everything about the stay here was good except not being able to access the internet. It seems I was a tad too far to pick up the wireless.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FUTURE TRAVELLERS. THERE ARE BETTER ACCOMODATIONS NEARBY. THE REALLY GOOD PART WAS THE "WHOA NELLIE DELI" THAT HAD BEEN WRITTEN UP IN SUNSET MAGAZINE. IT WAS GREAT!

If you can get a "Cozy Cabin" this Motel was a good experience, although the room rate was quite high. Other than a noisy heater it was great if slightly cramped. Unlike less pricey places this one did NOT provide breakfast, but otherwise it was good.

Overall a good experience. A bit pricey , however it is in the middle of nowhere, and they have to make a living. No view of Mono lake but IMHO that isn't a drawback. Two good restaurants withing walking distance.
