Hotel Guest Reviews of the La Quinta Inn & Suites Twin Falls

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Everything went smoothly from the time we walked into the Hotel. The room was great and when I left something behind they kept it at the front desk for someone to pick up. All the staff were super nice.

Really nice rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Very comfortable.
The pet area was small and adjacent to a busy street.. There was another area, but it was tiny.

24 hour pool. Super comfy bed. Spacious, clean room. Nice, helpful staff. Was sold out the night we stayed but the staff was pleasant, patient, and did not seem overwhelmed.
Breakfast ended too early for a holiday. Should have been the same as weekend hours. Water in the bathroom sink smelled like mildew but nothing else did, just the sink water.

Great location by the rim of Snake River Canyon and dog friendly!
The bed could have been firmer.

24 hour pool and spa. Breakfast was good as well.
Could hear the road noise, seemed to also hear an ambulance about every hour overnight.

The room was fantastic, clean, bright, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weren't flat. I especially liked that the pool and fitness area were accessible at all hours.
The entrance off Pole Line is a little hard to see and you can only access it from one direction.

Comfortable clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beds were a dream! Breakfast was abundant and delicious.
Swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub was luke-warm. Literally my only complaint.
