Hotel Guest Reviews of the La Quinta Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff were very accomodating. Very attentive.
The hotel was very dated. In desperate need of some updating. Disappointed in this chain based on this hotel. Carpets were stained - hated walking on them. Curtains were ripped. Shower had rust showing.

Our room sounded like it was right on the interstate. There was no sound barrier. Poor windows did not help.

The king size bed. It was very comfortable.
Had to go to the third floor to get ice. We were on the fourth.

Location
Moldy smell

Hotel has potential, but appear to cater to low end clients.

The attendant at the desk was extremely courteous. (Hard to find good help these days). He was an asset to you.
Only decaf coffee in the room.

Excellent breakfast. Good coffee in the lobby. Location access to the I-71 made it easy to get off, get to the room and back on the road again.

Location was very good for Kings Island trip
One of our rooms (out of 4), had keys that didn't work; elevators had standing water inside (pool drippage), A/C resets every day to a higher temp while you're out,and breakfast was nothing to write home over. For the price, not unexpected, just average.

Location was good, staff was generally friendly and rooms were sparse, but clean. No refrigerator in room and AC could've been colder.

The location was great.
The rooms were not very clean for a 2 and a half star hotel. Also they did not make up our room after the first night and no clean towels were given.

Great location to Kings Island
The floor we were on at least just stunk like smoke. Room was fine, but the walk there was brutal.

Nice hotel in a decent location. Good breakfast and the only downfall of normal freebies, was no workout facility.
