The location.
This hotel is very, very "tired." It is in desperate need of updating. The carpet in the room was stained, the room was very small. I stayed in two other La Quinta's in Cincinnati and this one was TERRIBLE in comparison to the other two.

The first room had soiled used sheets and had obviously not been changed from the previous occupants. The new room had hair in the shower.

Clean comfortable. Staff was so nice. Only 11 miles from Kings Island. Great price.

Front desk young man and our housekeeper were very nice.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a good variety.
The rooms had no trash liners and just weren't clean as they should have been. I have stayed in other La Quinta and this one did not rate as high. There was an order from the muclh that lingered in the lobby.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Carpet had lots of stains and the ceiling you could tell had water damaged and were peeling. The beds were small for doubles.

The staff was very friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable.
The shower was difficult to turn on and had very little water pressure. Also, it was next to impossible to get to a reasonable temperature between scalding hot and cold.

Good location. Room was what we expected. Excellent price.
Public spaces were not very clean. It bothered me that the floor of the elevator was sticky.
