the pool didn't work it was nasty, they didn't clean my room and the front desk awaken me out of my sleep stating that the room under me was complain about the noise what noise we was sleep

the first floor looked nice but the 2nd and 3rd floor was awful my room had no pictures on the wall and when told them that I was not satisfied they refused to reimburse me my money so I was stuck with staying there

Work ethic of Nicole and the front desk staff.
Dirty towels, coffee maker, walls. Beer cans on top of the elevator.

To start off with the only positive... the staff is very helpful and willing to get any needs met by patrons. I wish that there was more than one person there in the morning to handle customers with room issues and fixing the continental breakfast bar. My wife, son, and I had to switch rooms from a humongous yet empty room. The freezer had created a big block of ice that dripped water all into the refridgerator. Maintenance had to come and take that fridge and install another. I noticed that the inside of the coffee maker was filthy. With the front desk being as helpful as they are, someone brought me another; yet it was dirtier than the one that was already in my room. So, no coffee that night. I was impressed by the inability to hear the poolers even though we were 2nd floor, right above the pool. There were NO clean drying towels in the restroom. We had to use the floor towels to dry off. And to top it all off, there was a water leak under the sink. So I asked to be moved to another room. They made the accomodations without any struggle or questions. The 2nd room was better (even though the light buzzed louder than the air conditioner blew). The breakfast was nice. They seemed to try hard to keep things stocked. And all of the tables were clean. I did notice that there was a bucket in the middle of the floor... may have been catching a drip. I understand that this hotel was the Hampton before it moved to Olive street. Maybe the renovations aren't complete. I would not recommend this hotel. But as a Pine Bluff native who now lives in Texas, I would not recommend staying in Pine Bluff period... unless you stay with family. ...read more

Carpet dirty, room maintenance unsat, roaches and crickets.

Shower rail and towel racks broken. Television worked poorly. Floor trimming missing...etc., etc. Was disappointed in this La Quinta.

Back entrance had a broken lock and was not secure. Contacted the desk and they stated it would be fixed. Didn't happen...I did not feel safe in this hotel. Breakfast was poor. Some appliances did not work... very very disappointed but good price. Not a two star hotel in anyway.

got knock on the door from housing at 730 am, Why?

Hotel was overall a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone.
