The lady at the front desk was the best! We had reserved a special room. However, the people in the room decided to stay an extra day. So, she upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost! She was very helpful & so nice!
The lady who was handling breakfast hot foods should have checked the food more often. Ran out of food before she started making more & several of us had to wait ... not long ... 5 minutes. But they need to start replenishing it when it's getting low.

Location
The "heated" pool was freezing! Our room had 2 rolls of toilet paper that were both nearly empty. I asked for a roll at the front desk and was offered an opened mostly used roll. Practically had to bed for a new roll. not much of a selection for breakfast

The room worked well for the night.
Traveling and new to the area so I could be paranoid. But, the side doors were propped open amd it felt unsafe. Anyone could come in. I woke up at 3am and walked to the vending machine to get a drink, the side door was wide open and nobody in sight
