Everything. The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up from airport even though it was only 7 min away. The phone would ring a really long time before anyone would pick up. Room was not in good shape. It seemed bad and a hole in the wall.

Bed uncomfortable and sounded like a diaper. Heard people all night long. Breakfast was stale. Worst night sleep in a long time.

The walls are paper thin and you even hear every roller bag going down the hall. When you add screaming babies and all sorts arriving most of the night, you are in for a sleepless night.

Close proximity to the JFK airport, Train station and function we were attending. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Parking available; first come first serve. Even if none, the surrounding area was clean/safe to park in.
Hotel was good and room too. Would have given a higher rating if not for a particular smell entering the room/bathroom? Specific cleaning products used maybe or something else.
