Close proximity to the JFK airport, Train station and function we were attending. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Parking available; first come first serve. Even if none, the surrounding area was clean/safe to park in.
Hotel was good and room too. Would have given a higher rating if not for a particular smell entering the room/bathroom? Specific cleaning products used maybe or something else.

It was inexpensive. The employees were pretty nice. Climate control in the room worked.
It's in a seedy neighborhood. The room had a jacuzzi (non-working), taking up much-needed space. The bed had some kind of plastic sheeting with hairs in it beneath the sheets. The lock appeared insecure. The shuttle was late.

Find another place, preferably not in Ozone Park.

Free airport shuttle.
The location is not ideal, it is in a neighborhood that appears unsafe. The room was very humid, the breakfast was minimal and the wifi had terrible reception.
