Great location right on Lombard, within walking distance to Presidio and Palace of Fine Arts. Also close to great eateries like Baker Street Bistro. Also, the staff was very helpful and quite courteous!
The rooms are a little dated, but decent for the price. The bathroom door did not shut easily and the views of Golden Gate Bridge were mostly obstructed. Otherwise, decent for the price.

I suggest peanut butter for the english muffins for some protein. Also, maybe some toppings for the oatmeal. Otherwise, decent for the price. ...read more

The deposit was higher than described during the reservation process.

The pictures on the website showed a modern clean hotel. Instead it is an ancient hotel with old crappy windows and small bathroom areas. No pictures on the walls with broken lamps that are ready to collapse to the floor. AND they want $100 deposit for a one nite stay. Burned for the last time through PRICELINE!

We had a room on the back facing the garden which was very quite.
The breakfast space was small for the number of guests and the "light continental" was very true, no hot food and not a lot of choices

The hotel had an awesome staff that was not only friendly but helpful. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The linens were fresh and the towels were plush. Would definately stay here again!!!
Nothing negative to say. It was an all around good experience.

Free parking, great location, 12pm checkout time.
Very small and dated bathrooms. Old tvs.

Great place if you have a car. Very convienient location in a safe neighborhood. Not bad for a night or two. Bathrooms are clean but very small and only have a shower. tvs are old and have no menu selection making changing channels very cumbersome.

excellent location; safe for woman traveling alone; free parking
the "breakfast" was a waste. Jam, white bread, upripe oranges, margerine, coffee, tea. Ergo do not factor free breakfast into decision to stay here.

Needed a place to sleep after a late-night performing arts event. Free parking, en suite toilet and shower, safe environment for a woman traveling solo, and price were the factors that had me decide on this motel.
