The room was amazing, we got an upgrade to a suite and we loved it! The hotel service was great, came back to clean sheets and fresh towels every day. The atmosphere and the fact that the pools and beach access was open 24/7.
The elevator went bad a few times and the restaurant on the hotel were very over priced. They did not include daily breakfast for all the rooms.

Great location, walking distance from many bars and restaurants. Also close to cvs walgreens and other grocery places. Staff was very friendly.

Location and room setup.
Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. only 3 types of fruit in the Caribbean is not expected.

overall great staff throughout the hotel.

I loved the adults-only pool for the Suite Towers. It was great to be able to relax by a pool without having loud, splashing kids around all the time.
The hotel accidently overcharged us for parking. It took us additional phone call to rectify the issue. Not really a big deal.

Would definitely go back.

The hotel is trendy with a Miami vibe to it. Great customer services. Restaurants are foot steps away from the hotel. Appliances are all up to date. I loved the fact that the pools and gym open 24 hrs. Definately a wonderful place to stay
The room was a bit smaller than expected but no biggie

The beach is kept clean. The hotel is supper nice. Staff were very friendly. Great location.
The beach is very nice...however it's man made. So be careful when swimming in the ocean cause it's has a big drop off. And the currents are dangerous. I recommend to look for other beaches to go swimming in.

The bar is expensive. The pools are open 24 hrs. There is security all the time so it's very safe. The street in front of the hotel is very busy. Parking is $15 a day for guest or $20 for valet. And the resort fee. Totally worth it for my friends and I. The rooms are studio like. It was awesome. The best hotel ever.
