Hotel Guest Reviews of the La Concha, A Renaissance Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The hotel staff was excellent. When I wanted my room to be on a higher floor they had no problem giving it to me. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home. The guys who got you your cabs were the best!

Loved the room size, oceanfront balcony & amenities (fully loaded kitchenette/dining area with couch & widescreen tv, the sliding doors separating the dining area, one separating bath & bedroom), the wonderful welcome to "your home for the next few days"
Not all inclusive (food, drinks, entertainment) for the cost, dust from construction below & some wear and tear in dining furniture

Loved the multiple shower options especially the rain forest shower head, the wide screen tv in the bedroom. 4 swimming areas depending on the privacy needed. Stop & shop, poolside, casino, grill, sushi, bar & fine dining options plus lots of bars, Wendy's, sushi dining, and boutiques within walking distance. Walking directly on the beach from the resort, lounging with an umbrella covered chair with your beverage of choice. Friendly helpful staff most bilingual. Never the less the stay was awesome! ...read more

The friendliness of the staff.
The food and drinks are somewhat pricy

The rooms were clean, the kitchen area could use some updating. the staff was more than friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. Cabs were onsite at all times.

Great Location, very friendly staff. Rooms were ok, nothing great.
Very noisy at night time. There were children screaming at the pool around midnight one evening. Had to call 3 times before they were quieted down but the staff. Drinks and food at the hotel are very expensive. Concierge for trips was not very helpful.

Not a bad place to stay. Do not let them put you anywhere around room 306, it is ridiculously loud. They have a DJ that starts at 1200 pm and plays club music until 5 pm. You are directly underneath his speakers. Would not use the concierge to book a trip. They are more expensive and not very helpful. Valet and front desk people were all very pleasant and helpful.
