Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn New Orleans

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Convenience to I-10.
Would have liked a better breakfast and the beds were too firm for me.

Nice people, great value for what I paid.

The price is ok for the type of hotel it is. You get what you pay for.

If your looking for something reasonable and nothing fancy this hotel is ok.

Nothing, one of the worse we have ever stayed in.
The hallways, rooms and bathrooms were filthy. Tubs and sinks dirty. There was spit on the mirrors.

We found marijuana roaches in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel. I chose not to rent a car on my trip and used public transportation. The location of the hotel is right on the city bus line, I was able to catch one bus from the hotel to the French Quarter(short bus ride).
When booking, it was advertised that the rooms were equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. They were not, they also offered free breakfast. This was donuts and Orange juice, which in my book isn't much of a breakfast.

They seemed to be having some work done on the hotel when I arrived. I would've liked to have known this prior to booking. When I got there I was greeted by a leaky ceiling, catching the water was a waste basket surrounded by towels. Before leaving this issue had been taken care of. when I got my room key and headed up to my room, the elevator to get me there had a sign posted it read," Please do not hold elevator for others, as the elevator has a tendency to get stuck. Luckily I was NOT trapped in the elevator at any point on my trip. There was a pool (not heated), ok by day, home to a momma duck and her ducklings by night. The staff was pretty nice, I only encountered one person with a bit of an attitude. The Women at the front desk. I was inquiring about an ice bucket and she didn't know where they were. She expressed that it was time for her to leave and I'd have to wait until she was done counting(money)before she would even try to help me. Though her tune did change when her boss walked in, who insisted she stop what she was doing, and take care of the waiting customers. Overall for the price it was a descent room (no flat screens though)and hotel. ...read more
