Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Knoxville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

easy tofind and inexpensive
Hole in closet door, patch on wall covering another hole. Bathmat looked as if it had been used under a car. Breakfast was nasty! Could go on...

Why?

Nothing
Filthy throughout, ice machines both filthy, only one worked and it was a "pay" machine

Will never return there or any other of its locations

Loved the pool.
The roaches. No alarm clock in room, partying in room over. They charge for ice.

Pool was nice. A little too much chlorine but nice. Pool should be open later. Comfort was OK. Convenient to food & interstate. Friendly people.

The breakfast was nice.
Hotel was rundown and poorly insulated. Noise level outside penetrated the walls.

If it wasn't for the fact that I have used the Knight's Inn chain of motels before, I would never stay at one again based on the rooms at this hotel.

It had a good breakfast
Room was dirty, sink cracked, trim falling off walls, pool very dirty

The hotel didnt come close to meeting my expectations. I have stayed at other Quality Inns and this one was old and ran down. The trim on the walls in the room was falling down and the bathroom sink was cracked. I wouldn't let my son swim in the pool because it was so dirty, you could see dirt sitting on the bottom of the pool. The ice machines didn't work and were even coin operated, I've never had to pay for ice at a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won't stay there again. ...read more

It was convienent to get to the hotel
The staff was not cooperative with the children when they requested a blanket for the rollaway. Staff acted as if it was inconvient to them to help.

The customer service was not very good. They were nice to the adults but rude to the children. The room had water spots on wall. The roof in the hall was leaking when it rained. The food that was provided for the breakfast was old and stale tasting and the juice drinks and milk were powdered made. The hotel met the minimum. It provided a roof over our heads but was not a good experience. ...read more

The lady that checked us in had a good personality.
The room was dirty the sink vanity was broken the bed sheets would not stay on the mattress.

Not very impressed with it.

Nothing.
Everything.

When I got my room key, got to my room and some one was sleeping in the bed. Gave me a room that was occupied.

Indoor pool was great, location was great.
Not very clean very small rooms worn out everything!

Great location, right off the highway. Pool was great for the kids. Not very clean. Not the most appetizing breakfast.
