first off I would like to that when I got there I didn't get the room I originally reserved. I reserved the two bed room two room deal. they ended up giving me a single room double bed.Photoshop is getting out of hand the room I went into didn't look like that the picture I seen on there page. then I forgot my boots in the hotel room so I came back after I initially left and they were supposed to have my boots at the front desk so when I come to pick it up it will be alright. they didn't have them in the front.the guy said it might be in your laundry room but he doesn't know he said he doesn't have a key so he cannot get into it then he said even if he did he still can't leave the front office the front office is about 40 steps from the laundry room. So it shouldn't have been that hard to get it I live in Pennsylvania where the day before I left they were hit with a snowstorm so I need my boots. then the people that clean the room were sitting outside in the truck. ...

Guetto! We only found out the terrible mistake we made after we arrived at that place. Seriously, we only stayed for one night, just to sleep and get back to the road, and it was way way over enough. If we had to stay for another night we would definitely had gone to another hotel. We are not familiar with the area, but should have researched more, it is in the worst neighborhood, drug dealers making their "business" right next to the hotel. The room stinks, we saw a roach in the morning when we were leaving. I just ran away. A nightmare. ...

All that was for breakfast was waffles. I was told the assit. Mgr would call me back. A man from the front desk, brought out a few muffins, then nothing else. I went back to my room, called the number again and asked why he didn't call me back. The Assist. Mgr. said, "I brought out muffins" I asked him, "We're you the one that was standing there the whole time?" He wouldn't tell me his name, I told him this was aweful and humiliating and I could not believe they would treat a customer this way. I chose this hotel based on the price and the breakfast, I could have choose another hotel for same price through Priceline, like Best Western and recieved the free breakfast. I will never stay at Knights Inn again, and not sure about Prince Line after this. The manager's name is P.G. Patel, and I have contacteed Knights Inn corporately, but haven't even heard from them. This was my son's 16th birthday trip to see an NFL football game, and we had to fool with this!! Disgusted!!! ...

This hotel is in the hood. There we drug addicts hanging out around the hotel. People arguing all night long. Used washcloth left in the room. We were kept up all night by people yelling outside. This hotel is in a dangerous area. Do not bring your family here.

It was a very good experience overall. Other than the closeness to the interstate made it a little noisy, it was very pleasant overall for the price, location, and availability. Would recommend it.

Great location but some upgrades to the property are needed as well as security.
