Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location is very convenient. There is a shopping center/restaurants within walking distance and five-minute drive from the main town.
Pool is very basic and small for the size of the hotel.

It's an older hotel but in good condition. Rooms were clean. Lots of cultural activities/entertainment for guests.

Great customer service and excellent location!
Elevators didn't always work, the hotel lobby had no air conditioning, only one restaurant which was closed on Monday.

The location was great.
That there was no room service and there was no one to serve drinks or food at the pool.

The location of this hotel is perfect.
The hotel is a little outdated, with cockroaches. The "welcome" breakfast was a scam. You're forced to listen & watch a presentation of all the things you can purchase at the hotel, rather than enjoying your breakfast in peace after such a long flight.

It is hard to choose just one thing, but I think it would be the location of my room. I was about a hundred steps from the beach.
There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. However, my room was close enough to the courtyard to get it when I stepped onto our patio.

It is an old hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

good value for the price, view and landscaping was nice. Short walk to The Whaler shopping area. Staff was extremely nice. Hotel does a 1hour orientation over a free breakfast buffet.
had to pay for lounge chairs for the beach, no adult pool. Room bathroom was small. had no in room wi fi as they were in the process of upgrading their system.

The Hawaii experience was unique at this hotel compared to others nearby. We loved the very authentic nightly live music and dancing entertainment the best. The location was excellent with beautiful grounds.
The air conditioning was not adequately creating a cool enough room at night. There is no in-room internet service which was very inconvenient. Also, there is no gym facility at the hotel or anywhere nearby which was also disappointing.
