Very friendly staff, able to help with any inquiry. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, all with a great view because of the way the hotel is constructed.
The food in the hotel was not crazily expensive, but it was a bit expensive.

That transportation to and from airport was not provided for free. And it was not made clear that a transportation reservation was required 24hrs in advance upon arrival.

Everything in this hotel was fantastic - location, room with ocean view balcony, superior bedding ( I wanted to take the bed home with me), restaurants, friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Can't think of a thing I disliked!

The housekeeper will clean your room twice a day.
The drainage system in the bathroom is horrible. Because there is no hole on the floor. If you spray too much water on the floor, it will just stay there : (

The nighttime turn down service is great! The pools and beach are spectacular!
The bathroom had an odd "old" smell in it like packaging. Also breakfast is only served in one restaurant at the sedona grill, and is not that great.
