The cleanliness of the room and hotel over all. Easy to get to from the interstate.
The desk staff where too busy carrying on their own conversations to take care of the customers. Customer service needs work.

There are smoking rooms, so the smell of smoke will be slightly evident even in nonsmoking rooms.

Everything but the room itself. Halls looked dirty had an odd smell. Lobby was very plain. Bathtub looked old. Should be a 2 star at best.

The heating/cooling system wasn't working properly. There was mold, hair, and dirt in the bathroom and in the sink. Rundown room, worn bedding, and stained bedspreads and stained carpeting. The staff was completely unapologetic and unconcerned.

Just the location for my work trip.
It was not a two and a half star hotel. The room was dirty and smelled of mildew. There was apparent water damage around the window. There were spots all around the walls unidentifiable. I ended up moving to a two and a half star hotel across the street.
