All staff was very friendly. Good choices for breakfast. Location was great. Beds were very comfy and it was easy to control the room temperature. I like that they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room.
We found a dirty washcloth left from previous guest hanging on the shower curtain. The black out curtains did not completely close allowing for outside lights to come in. Wish they had an indoor pool instead of an outdoor pool. Did not have Disney Channel

the staff was rude. Check in took 30 minutes.. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The heat didn't work. There were piles of dust on the floor under the chairs.. Employee on check out never asked me how my stay was for me to voice my complaints

The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the Highway. However, there are other options that would have been a better route.
The rooms stink, the sheets looked old, and the hotel is not clean. There is only an outdoor pool which was no good as we traveled in the winter. The breakfast is hot but it was nasty.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel over all. Easy to get to from the interstate.
The desk staff where too busy carrying on their own conversations to take care of the customers. Customer service needs work.

There are smoking rooms, so the smell of smoke will be slightly evident even in nonsmoking rooms.
