Definitely cleaner than expected.
The room I was given was visibly clean but a smoking room. I booked nonsmoking.The room REEKED of cigarette smell. It was the only room available when I arrived so I had to take it. We left in the morning smelling like an ashtray. This was VERY UNPLEASANT

Location is fine. Also like the free internet and free breakfast.
Room smelled old and mildewed.

It's the only one in town so you have no other choice but to use it.

It overly met my expectations for the number of stars. It was great. The food provided was very helpful in that it had some protein and not just bread stuff since I need to be gluten free.

The desk clerk didn't understand that I had booked through Priceline and wanted to charge my card--took 20+ minutes to resolve. The tub in the room was a whirlpool and had mold growing in the jets. I bleached the tub myself.

Manager did not apologize for his desk clerk not being trained on Priceline and when I checked out said it was my fault there was mold growing in the tub's jets. Hotel is old (not many choices in Eastman). Will travel distance before staying in the Jamison again.

This would be a good hotel for business traveler; but could have be accommodations for family leisure travel.

I stayed here before, very familiar with it.
Did not have a vending machine for snacks.

I would like to thank one of the office personnel. I am diabetic, I awoke very late at night with my blood sugar very low. There were no snack machine available, the person in the office was a life saver. She gave me a bagel and some orange juice.
