Location and beautiful view from my room.
Beautiful location! It seems like the room was not completely checked out before its keys were handed to me. Hair on the bathroom floor and one the free bottles of water was half empty. Spectacular view from the room EXCELLENT!!

Nothing. Will never stay there again. Was not even allowed to use cart To bring up my luggage unless done by hotel staff for a charge.
Poor service. Attitude of staff. Everything is an attempt to upsale the customer. I have stayed at 3 star hotels that have better service and offer complimentary breakfast. Parking well over a block away. Pool is not Even worthy of being called that.

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM ALLOWING US TO LEAVE BAGS TO CHECKING IN EARLY AND 2 DAYS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE AQUARIUM TICKETS ARE PART OF THEIR SERVICES. NOT ONLY DO YOU GET BOTH DAYS FOR ONE PRICE, YOU DON'T HAVE TO STAND IN THE LINE TO GET THEM!

Location/proximity to Aquarium Great service all around (valet, front desk, housekeeping, etc.) The happy hour food and drinks were delicious
Only one low table at happy hour inside with 2 chairs; four of us - one toddler and two elderly/low mobility; ADA issue Expensive and offsite parking, but valet was convenient Windows didn't fully close so some outside noise
