Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. The hotel is located in a great location in Downtown Miami. I was here on business and found the rooms to be excellent. I was upgraded to a king bed on a high floor with a view of the bay. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure in bathroom sink was horrible, shower was okay since there were two shower heads. Bed was very comfortable and the automatic black out shades did their job in letting me sleep in.
Dining at the restaurant was a good experience. I come from NYC so I am expecting to get nickel and dimed for everything. I found that breakfast was overpriced. It was a delicious breakfast with huevos rancheros, but still grossly overpriced, but I should expect that from a downtown hotel restaurant. The Starbucks in the lobby was horrible. They don't open until late morning, and the starbucks is filthy. Spilled coffee everywhere, crumbs on the floor and couches. Because the hotel hosts many conventions and meeting there is a steady flow of customers and a long line. 1 cashier was working, the other 2 were "stocking" the backroom. In my opinion, service was lacking.
Parking is a money pit. For $36 a night to valet park I expect my car to be ready some minutes after I request it. This however was not the case. Usually took 20-30 minutes to get my car. Either lower your prices, make it self park, or hire more staff. Parking attendants were friendly and professional, but the price and wait to park my car left a bad impression. Overall, I would say this is a 3.5 star hotel. Old building that had great remodeling done a couple of years ago. ...

Great location and nice clean rooms. The staff at check in could have used an attitude adjustment (at the check in counter).

Rooms were very nice and spacious all the amenities that you would expect in a luxury hotel. Location was in downtown Miami, 5 minute drive to South Beach and walking distance to Bayside entertainment.Stores and shopping in the downtown area close early (around 7) for shopping and fast food.
