Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff had excellent customer service and the complementary hi tea and happy hour every day was outstanding. Our room was magnificent. Bathroom was luxurious.

The staff were very helpful with suggestions and arrangements for tours and attractions.
Not much going on later in the evening - quite quiet

We received good value for our money. The buffet breakfast was more than enough and a great way to start our day our touring. The Concierge staff were excellent and all the arrangements they made for us were great.

Very clean, up-scale. The location was fairly good (close to KLCC). Not too many good restaurants very close by except the KLCC itself. The in hotel buffet was excellent. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The staff were helpful but a little slow.
Visitor information details was completely lacking. No one in the hotel knew locations to go nor did they have any maps.

Very very comfortable, clean and up-scale rooms. The bathrooms were spacious with separate shower and bathtubs. The toilets had bidet system installed. We got a premium deluxe room which had a California king size bed that had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. I have never seen this in any other hotel. The in room food as well as morning buffet was very good. Mind it we are vegetarians. Lots of great choices. The location is walking distance from the twin towers. Free parking is available in the basement. The swimming pool decor was nice and well maintained. Free Wi-Fi internet was available as well. The staff was very courteous, helpful but a little bit slow. The only major complaint would be that there was no tourist information or maps that was available. No one in the hotel knew about places to visit and routes. ...read more

hotel room size and quality is very good and bed also very large. It's size is super-king size. and location is conveinent to go to main street. The hotel operate shutlle bus per one hour to klcc and pavillion.
I said repeatly I already paid by priceline. but hotel mananger could not understand. I think they need education about priceline system. even more, when I was chechking out, hotel mananger (female) tried to pay me hotel fee. ;;;

very good room and bed, convenient location. good shuttle bus service to main street. but hotel manager don't know about priceline. ;;;

Great, nothing wrong, but it should only be a 4 star hotel, but priceline has weird star ratings, indicating that the intercontinental is super luxury, when it is merely a good hotel.
