It had a Starbucks and a nice lounge area.
The bed was not very comfortable. The mattress topper kept falling off and the bed frame didn't seem to be attached to the headboard.

It was a nice hotel but not what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Had a little issue with getting a shuttle to the galleria (where I had business meetings) a couple of times. Overall it was a good experience.

Great rooms and location.
All was good.

The cons of the hotel had to do with the soccer teams staying and being a little loud. Otherwise great.

Wish it had 2 queen size beds, free wi-fi ($9.95 was ridiculous), beds were terrible,and not enough channels on tv. We stayed there before & were not happy, but we decided to try Priceline again. No more Priceline because we don't want this hotel option!

After reading some of the reviews of this hotel I was very apprehensive. All I can say is they must have been in a different hotel because my experience was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the room attractively appointed, staff very helpful and polite. The food was wonderful. I had room service twice and breakfast in the restaurant. Our toilet constantly ran quietly. We shut the door to the bathroom. We told the front desk about it.Also the cleaning staff was quite loud in the hallways in the morning. Hard to sleep in.
