The rooms were very nice - clean and a good size. The bathrooms were nice with large tubs and glass showers.
The location was good, but probably could have been a bit better - closer to Copley Square / Back Bay would have probably been more convenient for us. However, the waterfront is still near some shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants for us and gave us a bottle of champagne for an occasion we were celebrating.

classy room
missing toilet paper, cream and sugar, coffeemaker didn't work, remote control didn't work, movie cut out in middle of movie. paid extra for water view and could only see about one hundred feet of water and a rooftop, kids running in hallway, door slaming

overpriced parking, tried to charge for minibar when it was not used

Room and bathroom sizes were great; love the location on the harbor but also walking distance to Faneuil Hall, North End, Freedom Trail; nice bar and lounge area.
