Booked 2 rooms for my group of friends. First room was rather large with a small sofa. Second room was not nearly as large.
Came to check in at 2:40pm. One of the room was ready, second room was not. Waited another hour as check in time is 3 o'clock pm. Our second room was still not ready. Such an inconvenience.

Probably wouldn't come again.
