Given that the whole experience was bad, the staff was the best thing about this hotel. They were very nice, and accomodating, even when they had trouble finding my resevations, that were made 2 weeks in advance.
The parking is outrageous & you can NOT move your vehicle without paying more fees to do so.There are no amenities to this hotel except "free wifi in the LOBBY". The rooms & elevators were EXTREMELY SMALL w/no fridge/microwave, or decent tv channels.

Great location. Near the magnificent mile and Macy's.
No free wifi in the room at all, which is really really inconvenient, we have to go to the lobby for internet. And the room is quite small, with no fridge or microwave.

The location
The cost for valet parking and internet access for the price is not reasonable.

Although this hotel is in good location, the cost for it to stay without a valet parking fee is reasonable. But if you need internet access and you will pay for the valet parking this kind of hotel is not recommended. Find a better place that will add extra with the same star rating. I got the corner room with 3 windows and I can hear the voices from another room, specially in the restroom area. ...read more

The elevators were not working properly at all the entire visit. The room was not modern and there was a lot of chipped paint. The bathroom door had a lot of chipped pieces and the shower head did not work properly.

The location was excellent! It was easy to walk to most downtown places and to stop back at the hotel inbetween jaunts.
Housekeeping only did the minimum, like remaking the beds, but not replenishing the coffee cups.
