Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Location was wonderful
Hall carpets were bunched up and twisted. Room smelled odd. Curtains had probably never been cleaned. (They were full of dust and who knows what else. Anyone who slept next to the curtain got some kind of upper respiratory illness.)

Maids never left enough towels or toilet paper. We had to call the desk daily to request more. Staff did not know where things were in the city. Rooms were very small. Elevators were very small. It was probably a beautiful hotel once, but it has not been kept up.

Great location in heart of city!
No complimentary WiFi! Had to pay for WiFi PER device (separate charges or iPad, iPhone, Laptop was ridiculous!)! Wifi was free in lobby but had to get a code from desk and was only good for 30 minutes session.

Rooms & bathrooms a bit small and needed to be updated. Elevators were small as well. Hallway noise was a bit loud in room. Should be rated 2-2.5 stars at most until it is renovated. Wifi was not included in room price; had to pay PER device or Wifi; lobby wifi was free but required code from desk and only good for 30 minutes session. Fitness center was more like a room with a treadmill and one machine. ...read more

The location was great
Yes to get a two bed room is---- more per night .... And single Bed is only a full size bed for two!

Over okay .. It's more like motel 6

That it was centrally located. Staff were friendly and helpful.Has a cool roof top terrace.
The hotel was very old, which is fine but the carpets in hall were dirty and carpet in room smelled musty. The room was very small, but we didn't spend much time there, so it was OK.

It had old character, very friendly staff, clean.

Lobby was nice and even included free WiFi. The room was bigger than we expected and was perfect for the two of us. The roof was open until ten and was a great place to hang out.
Staff could become overwhelmed quickly. Parking is expensive. Two blocks down the road we self parked for almost half the price kd the hotel's rate.

I liked the location of the hotel to the tourist areas. The staff was very attentive and polite. Nice coffee shop.
The cleanliness of the room was not the greatest. Just a bit shabby and needed some attention. No fridge in rooms at this hotel.
