Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown

Nice rooms, excellent staff
and
good location.

Good place to stay-met my needs.

Good location other than $12 parking fee per day. Suites were set up very awkwardly, almost like cramping into a box.

All the staff who took care of the Happy Hour and Breakfast, were really helpful and pleasant.

The room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable, however housekeeping did not come to clean the room until almost 4 p.m. (and we were on the ST floor) when i asked the front desk why housekeeping came so late they replied that they have until 5 p.m. in my opinion if you're going to wait half a day for your room to be cleaned why bother having housekeeping at all. They ran out of bacon at breakfast and had a football team there for a big game kept saying more bacon would be out in 15 minutes but 15 minutes turned into 30 so myself as well as some of the players had to eat eggs or what little fruit was there lack of a good breakfast is probably why they lost. The bathroom was handicap accessible which is good if you're handicap but the shower had no foundation so water was running on the floor and there was a big shower seat in the way also while staying there we had a blackout that morning which knocked out all t.v. power, and the hotel charges $12 per day for covered parking which i feel should be free if you're staying there it's not valet parking. Convenient and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Food was good. Pool area lovely and relaxing.
