Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort And Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel staff, especially Kimberly and Leon at the front desk. They were outstanding and helped us with exceptional service.
NO

A very relaxing upscale hotel with excellent accommodations and outside activities. Three swimming pools, walking trails, and more. We couldn't have asked fo rmore.

It's beautiful! The hotel is clean and peaceful. I love the surrounding areas and the peacefulness and ambiance that is inspired through the beautiful architecture and lovely grounds.
The food at the cafe is so overpriced!

Wish they had a few more free activities for the kids.

This is a very nice hotel and they try to do everything they can to make your stay a success. Beautiful location, dramatic views form the room. Nice heated pools, Jacuzzi -- everything is there to relax.
I found that the pool drinks are of poor quality -- pina colada is not tasty at all -- just crushed ice with very little rum. Also, would be nice if they could include/provide a free breakfast.

I would reccomend this resort if you are looking for a great relaxing stay in Albuquerque. If you are looking for a 1 week vacation it will be cheaper and better to go to all inclusive in Punta Cana or Mexico instead.

The location is excellent and beautiful. Although it's far from Santa Fe (45 min) and Albuquerque (30 min), that's also part of the appeal. What you trade for proximity, you get amazing views and natural scenery. The decor and pool are great too.
The room decor was lacking detail. I would rate the room as being more consistent with a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the location, the scenery, the decor, the food, and the great pools.

The location was absoluetly stunning! Whoever designed the layout of the hotel spent a lot of time considering the land. The trails to walk and bike were especially beautiful.
The hotle boasts "dog Friendly" accomadations, what they don't say it that it's VERY expensive to house a pet.

This expansive resort is the perfect relaxation destination. You can play golf, a casino is nearby and if you want more natural settings there are walking and riding paths along the Rio Grande. The hotel is situated away from the tribe's casino which is a plus. The hotel is self contained with two very good dining area and wonderful scenary wherever you look. I most certainly will return to Tamaya Resort in the future. ...read more

The location is AMAZING!!
The room service was extremely slow and our eggs were way under cooked.

Overall, I love Tamaya. The atmosphere is perfect and relaxing.

staff food was ok
room was below par for a 4 star resort (looked more like a motel 6 than a resort), noise from hallway was unreasonable,

will not stay there again!
