Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency San Antonio
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Well located in the heart of Riverwalk. Parking if you have a car is a pricy add on at $27/day. Across the street from the Alamo is convenient. Rooms well appointed and comfortable beds/down pillows. Roof top pool gets you out of the Riverwalk buzz with a good panoramic view of the dowtown. Everything is a short walk and no need to drive downtown. Staff all very friendly and helpful from front desk, bellmen, maids, barmen etc. Wonderful service! For a stay in Riverwalk wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hyatt. ...

We checked out of our room in the morning and left our luggage with the bell hop and our car in valet parking. That gave us an extra half-day to explore more of San Antonio on foot, knowing that our possessions were secure.

Upon checking in the room had trash still on the floor from the prior guest, the service bar (refrigerator and supplies) was completely missing from this room (they said sorry) and when I went to make coffee there was already water inf the dispenser (ugh, how long had that been in there).

I loved the hotel. very clean, very helpful staff. we got it through bidding so got it pretty cheap but was very impressed with everything. location was amazing, right on the riverwalk and walking distance to Alamo. we wanted to extend our stay for a few hours and the staff did it for us for free. the only downside was parking was very expensive ($35 a day). but I would definitely stay there again if I go back ...
