Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Excellent staff, friendly. Beautiful location, very well maintained.
No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. It would be nice to have at least one low-medium priced restaurant.

Ambience was perfect for a nice ski get-away. The hot tub area outdoors was the highlight with an on going burning firepit. Inside there were some nice, beautifully decorated sitting areas away from the casino area that were lovely. Staff were all great!
Having a coffee maker and microwave in the room would have made this hotel an absolute 10.

The location is next to the lake.
I found a sock in the corner of the room that did not belong to me or my significant other on my last day. This indicates the room was not thoroughly clean. Absolutely disgusting. Towels smelled moldy.

Very family friendly. The pool, arcade and the lobby space provided enough fun for the kids.
Last year there was TOO MUCH noise until late nights, this year we had no issues whatsoever.

The hotel is good and near ski resort.
The breakfasts is pricy and luckily we purchased the breakfast package to save the cost. The receiption didn't tell us the restaurant next to the beach otherwise we will definitely go there.

1. The hotel décor and location.2. The Lone Eagle Bar & Restaurant - We love to have a drink at the fireplace. TIP: Get there early and grab a window seat to watch the sunset.3. A great massage (with hot rocks)
1. The minimum bet is to high for the casinos table games. 2. The outrageous tip the spa computer automatically charges (can be overridden)
