I did not like the upgrade to a 4 star hotel from my 3 star request. I wish that Priceline would have just rejected by offer. I was traveling with my daughter and wanted a motel with close parking and breakfast. I had to pay for parking and breakfast!

the staff was rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. House keeping woke us up at 8:30am trying to clean our room. check out not till 11am

The staff was very helpful and nice. The kids enjoyed a lot. Easy access to highway.
Tv was hard to use. difficult to find other areas at night.

Be prepared to pay for parking. Beside hotel garage no parking.

The bathroom was dirty, there was hair inside tub and on a bar if soap which means it was left from previous customer!

That you have to pay for parking, so even if you get a good rate then you have to pay $10-18 for parking.

The staff was wonderful and exceeded our expectations!!

Due to a change of plans and blizzard conditions, my daughter and I found ourselves needing to arrive in Denver earlier than expected. 10am on the day of our reservation was when we finally and safely made it to the Hyatt. Cassie was wonderful and got us a room right away! We were stressed and exhausted so getting to check in early was a pleasant surprise. We were able to shower and spend the rest of our day enjoying Park Meadows mall and everything they had to offer. I have stayed several times over many years at this Hyatt and have never been disappointed. I will always continue recommending this hotel to my friends and family!
